Gazebo Giftbaskets is
dedicated to offering quality products and customer service and encourage
you to contact us if
you should ever have a question or concern about your order. All emails
will be answered promptly
Shipping Policy*(See

We currently ship orders via UPS with
the exception of our Fruit Baskets. Fruit baskets are delivered
directly from the orchard and will ship 3 day, 2 day or overnight Federal
Express. Shipping costs are posted on each item.
We will ship your order within
24-48 hours of receiving your order unless customer has requested a
delay shipping.
Local Delivery*(see
chart below) or Pick-Up
We do offer limited local delivery
free of charge. (Please refer to our chart below for
current delivery fees). Pick up service is also available to
local residents. You may send us your orders via phone, fax or email and
we will have your order ready for pick-up within 24-48 hours of receiving
your request.
(Please keep in mind we are closed on
Sundays)
Payment
Gazebo Giftbaskets gladly accepts Visa, Master card, and Pay Pal
payments. We also accept Cashiers Check or Money Order and personal
checks. (Please allow 5 days for personal checks to clear bank)
CANCELING YOUR ORDER:
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please
notify us immediately by calling us

REFUNDS:
We offer refunds for any damaged or defective gifts,
as long as the claims are placed within 5 days of the gift being received.
